1. Boutique Curation Principle
NatureLust is a bespoke travel curation outfit, not a mass-market travel agency. We do not sell pre-packaged group tours. Every plan is built from scratch around your specific preferences, pace, and interests. By finalizing an itinerary with us, you acknowledge that travel plans require collaborative design and are subject to availability of stay and local operator slots at booking time.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Disclaimers
We quote a single, itemized cost for the customized itinerary package so you can see exactly what is included. Please note:
- Disclaimers on Pricing: Hotel prices and packages listed across our website (specifically including golf and accommodation lists) are indicative only and subject to seasonal booking parameters. Final locked pricing will be provided explicitly in your formal quotation at the time of booking.
- Currency: Tour rates are calculated in USD or INR. Payments must correspond to the invoice figures.
3. Booking & Payment Schedule
Because we curate highly sought-after properties, villas, private liveaboards, and cooperative guides in Bali, availability shifts rapidly. To secure your trip:
- Payment must be made in full upon finalization of the itinerary, and in any case no later than 15 days prior to your arrival date.
- Bookings requested within 15 days of departure must be paid in full immediately upon confirmation.
- NatureLust coordinates holds, but holds are not guaranteed until payment has cleared in our accounts.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Once a booking is paid for and confirmed, cancellations are non-refundable. This policy is strictly governed by supplier terms:
- Supplier Commitments: Upon receiving your payment, we immediately distribute the funds to hotel partners, private transport operators, and permit authorities in Bali, most of whom operate under strict no-refund policies. We cannot recover these funds.
- Pass-Through Refunds: If a hotel or activity supplier grants a refund due to exceptional circumstances, we will pass that refunded amount back to you in full.
- Travel Insurance Requirement: We require all travelers to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical assistance, emergency evacuations, and trip cancellation/curtailment. Your insurance policy is your protection against unforeseen disruptions.
5. Safety, Adventure & Risks
Bali offers wonderful adventure opportunities, but they require personal responsibility:
- Motorbike & Scooter Rentals: We only recommend scooter rentals for confident, licensed riders holding international permits. Wearing helmets is mandatory. Standard insurance policies often exclude two-wheel riding. Motorcycle tours curated by NatureLust feature support teams, but riding is undertaken at your own risk.
- Weather Disruptions: Mountain treks, diving, boat crossings (such as Nusa Penida trips), and water rafting are subject to daily weather conditions. For safety, local operators or guides may call off or adjust an activity. Safety calls are final. In such cases, we reschedule the activity or provide an alternate experience of comparable quality at no extra cost.
- Temple Etiquette: Respecting Balinese culture is mandatory. Sarongs and sashes must be worn during temple visits, and local codes of conduct must be observed.
6. Limitations of Liability
NatureLust acts as an organizer coordinating with boutique stay options and local operators in Bali. We are not liable for any delays, loss of baggage, injury, property damage, or death resulting from third-party operator failures, acts of nature, airline disruptions, or political changes.
